Working Principle
The Infrared Motion Human Body Sensor Lamp Switch operates on the principle of infrared detection. When a human body enters the sensor's detection range, it emits infrared radiation due to its constant body temperature. This infrared radiation is then captured by the sensor's infrared sensing element, typically a pyroelectric material. As the infrared radiation is received, the pyroelectric material undergoes a change in temperature, resulting in a change in its electrical properties. This change generates a small electrical signal, which is then amplified and processed by the sensor's circuitry.
The processed signal triggers the switching mechanism, causing the connected load (such as a light bulb) to turn on. The sensor remains active and continues to monitor the detection range. When the human body moves out of the detection range, the infrared radiation decreases, and the sensor detects this change. After a preset delay period (which can be adjusted), the sensor turns off the load, thus achieving automatic control of the lighting system.
